I am a public health specialist.Currently work in Sri lanka in the ministry of health. Interest in sikhism was intensified after meeting a young student from Punjab, Harmeet Singh who happened to be one of my felow students in Russia way back in 80s.This was the time during which great Yogi Bhajan's influence was felt very severely in the western hemisphere. He visited Moscow to help rehabilitation of a number of young people in "falling to pieces" soviet empire. I was very much influenced by this great soul of our era to be a sikh. I have completed my doctorate and masters in Community Health.My wife, Thushanthi Sandhya is a Buddhist.My story tells me that one is never able to stop himself from reaching spirituality and I believe this attraction to IK ONG KAR is a samsaric habbit.

You have to express more your opinion to attract more readers, because just a video or plain text without any personal approach is not that valuable. But it is just form my point of view
