SATNAM SINGH'S HAIR WILL BE UNCUT

Dear Gursikh

I just received an e mail confirming that SATNAM SING's hait will be uncut and as a sikh he will be able to crown it with a dastar.In the same e mail, it has been mentined that he thanked all sikh and non sikh individuals orgnisations which came forward to protect his religious and fundamental human rights.

This shows a few things.

One should not be afraid to practice his religion

If Sikh( amritdhari, non amrithdari) community comes together, it will be a huge force in the globe. french turban case, Satnam case , all these demonstrate the unity of the sikhs

Satnam has been already punished legally for his alleged unlawful activity. But, justice has prevailed over injustice in his right of practicing the religion

Finally, I would prefer to bow to the grace of his father who said " if they want my son's kesha. let them cut off my son's head" . Old gursikh has demonstrated the real grace and spirit of the khalsa initiated by great guru Gobind Singjh Ji.
